The Strength and Conditioning/Fitness Entrepreneurship graduate program cultivates top-tier professionals in athletic performance training. This track equips students for careers in Division I and professional sports organizations or fitness management roles.
The curriculum focuses on hands-on learning to master innovative training techniques, featuring practical components in functional movement correction, high-level strength development, Olympic lifts, speed enhancement drills, and endurance sport conditioning. Students train at the University of Miami's athletic complexes, with exceptional candidates gaining direct experience working alongside NCAA Division I athletes and coaching staff.
Graduates of UM's Exercise Physiology or Athletic Training bachelor's programs qualify for the accelerated one-year master's degree option. This intensive program can be finished within two academic semesters.
