The curriculum enhances verbal, written, and analytical abilities by applying theoretical concepts to real-world organizational scenarios. Participants examine key aspects including corporate messaging, presentation techniques, leadership approaches, team dynamics, problem-solving strategies, influence techniques, dispute resolution, and inclusivity initiatives. Two degree paths are available: a research-focused thesis option (30 credits) with faculty-guided academic investigation, and an applied theory non-thesis alternative (36 credits) emphasizing practical communication coursework.
