The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering provides accredited Bachelor of Science programs in Aerospace Engineering (B.S.A.S.E.). These programs establish a solid foundation in mathematics, science, and engineering principles. Students engage with theoretical concepts, practical applications, and hands-on laboratory experiences. The undergraduate Aerospace Engineering (B.S.A.S.E.) Program aims to equip graduates, within several years of completing their studies, to: Pursue careers as professionals or entrepreneurs in aerospace-related fields, or Demonstrate lifelong learning through pursuit or completion of graduate studies, professional degrees, and/or ongoing professional development.
