This academic program equips students for roles in aviation and aerospace operations, allowing them to customize their coursework according to their professional aspirations. The curriculum is mainly designed for individuals aiming to become professional pilots, but it also readies students for positions in flight operations management, aircraft dispatch, scheduling, and Fixed Base Operations support. For those concentrating on careers in aircraft dispatch, flight operations management, scheduling, airport management, and Fixed Base Operations management, the program includes 32 academic hours that offer an overview of aviation and aircraft operations along with foundational business knowledge. To obtain an Associate of Science degree, students must also fulfill the degree requirements detailed in the Graduation Requirements section of the catalogue. The flight operations specialization does not involve in-flight training, so program expenses are limited to college tuition, books, and fees.
