The program goals for a Bachelor of Science in Education with an Integrative Studies focus include: (a) comprehending learning processes, how students build knowledge and develop abilities, and creating educational experiences that foster intellectual, social, and personal growth, (b) adjusting teaching methods for diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds as well as students with special learning requirements. For the Integrative Studies/Secondary Mathematics specialization, the objectives are: (a) grasping learning mechanisms, student knowledge formation, and skill acquisition while offering supportive educational experiences, (b) training highly skilled mathematics educators for grades 6-12 through rigorous practical training.
All students, both freshmen and transfer, must apply online for admission as an undergraduate student.
