A graduate certificate provides working professionals with acknowledgment of completing a structured advanced study program at the postgraduate level. The Electrical Engineering Systems certificate covers subjects like stochastic signals and systems, mathematical approaches to systems analysis, and computing systems. The Electrical & Computer Engineering Department's certificate curricula align with master's degree prerequisites, allowing seamless progression into a degree program while preserving earned credits. Every certificate fulfills partial requirements for either the MS in electrical engineering or computer engineering. Applicants may enroll in up to 2 certificate courses prior to formal program admission, subject to instructor approval. Conditional acceptance may require completion of undergraduate prerequisite courses.
