The Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) is a graduate program jointly provided by the College of Engineering and The Isenberg School of Management. As an affiliate of the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM), UMass Amherst's MSEM equips STEM professionals with leadership skills in projects, teams, and processes from an engineering perspective. This 10-course program offers flexible completion options: entirely online, on-campus, or a hybrid approach. Starting Spring 2020, the newly introduced Graduate Certificate in Engineering Project Management and Leadership serves as a 3-course (9-credit) professional enhancement for STEM professionals aiming to deepen their knowledge of project management and leadership in engineering and technology settings.
