With intentionally limited enrollment, the program ensures personalized faculty mentorship and abundant collaborative research possibilities. Students additionally cultivate essential teaching competencies. Typically, candidates finish the Organization Studies doctorate in 4-5 years, completing 45 credit hours that establish core expertise in organizational theory and research methodologies prior to specialized coursework. Program components include a summer research paper and first-year portfolio, regular colloquia, comprehensive exams, a two-year teaching obligation, and a doctoral dissertation.
