The Master of Science in Geospatial Intelligence (MS GEOINT) program offers advanced, career-oriented graduate education designed to adapt quickly to evolving challenges in geospatial intelligence. This includes emerging analytical approaches, expanding data volumes, and changing software tools. The 30-credit curriculum (10 courses at 3 credits each) combines five required courses with five electives, allowing for flexible scheduling. Full-time students can finish the MS GEOINT degree in just 15 months. Our program stands among a select group in the United States to earn USGIF accreditation.
Those applicants who have earned or will earn a bachelor's degree at a regionally accredited college or university in the United States (or the equivalent of a baccalaureate degree from a nationally recognized institution in another country) are eligible to be considered for admission to the Graduate School at the University of Maryland
