The Combined B.S./M.S. program enables high-achieving students to obtain both bachelor's and master's degrees in as little as five years. While offering a seamless blend of undergraduate and graduate studies, this Geology program isn't distinct from traditional B.S. and M.S. tracks. Participants will maintain either undergraduate or graduate status throughout. The program's key advantage allows exceptional undergraduates to apply up to nine graduate-level credits (600+) toward both degrees, provided they achieve a B grade or higher in each course. In ideal cases, students may finish both degrees within five years, though completion times vary based on individual situations. The master's thesis can build upon research initiated during the undergraduate senior thesis project.
