The Engineering and German Program (EGP) fosters technical skills, language proficiency, and cultural understanding for students pursuing these fields. This joint initiative between the A. James Clark School of Engineering and the Department of German Studies enables participants to develop expertise in both disciplines. Program participants work toward dual degrees: a Bachelor of Science in engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in German. A key feature includes studying at a German technical university while completing an internship with a local company or research facility. Designed for dedicated students with excellent academic records, the EGP offers a rigorous and rewarding educational experience.
