UMBC's General Education Program (GEP) enables students to broaden their intellectual horizons by cultivating enduring critical thinking skills and academic passions. The GEP curriculum encourages learners to investigate diverse academic fields while gaining fundamental skills crucial for engaged citizenship. These requirements also establish the groundwork for strong writing abilities, which are vital across all disciplines.
In the Education section you will enter your high school grades and current courses. Some colleges also need you to self report your high school transcript. You can check out your Courses & Grades section to learn more.
If you have attended a postsecondary institution, such as a college or university, outside the United States, submit course by course credentials evaluated through one of the following evaluation services.
Documents in languages other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
Request an official transcript from your high school. Counselors may send us your transcripts electronically through the Common App School Report or they may mail a transcript to our office.
