We offer a Master of Science degree in Animal & Food Sciences, with specialized tracks in animal nutrition, reproduction, physiology, and food science. Students can focus on specific livestock areas including beef/dairy cattle, equine, poultry, sheep, and swine. The food science curriculum provides concentrations in food chemistry, microbiology, safety protocols, meat biochemistry, and processing technologies.
