The health psychology specialization is open to all doctoral candidates in UK's Psychology program, regardless of their laboratory or primary focus area (Clinical, Cognitive Neuroscience, or Developmental, Social, and Health). Important: DSH-area students aren't obligated to pursue this concentration, and those choosing this path needn't be in the DSH area.
