Focusing on cultivating advanced research and instructional capabilities at the university level. Doctoral candidates are exclusively accepted for full-time enrollment beginning in the autumn semester. The selection process is rigorous and extremely competitive, with only two to three applicants typically gaining admission annually. While not strictly mandatory, most successful applicants present GMAT scores above 675 and have completed a minimum of one year of undergraduate calculus. Holding a graduate degree is advantageous but not essential. Admitted students benefit from complete tuition remission and competitive graduate assistant salaries. Further financial assistance may consist of fellowships, substantial travel grants, and chances for summer teaching and research engagements. Exceptional candidates may qualify for additional financial incentives.
