The Biomedical Science Program enhances students' flexibility to investigate multiple graduate pathways in their initial year before committing to a specialized biomedical science track—options include cancer biology, cell and developmental biology, experimental pathology (direct admission only), free radical and radiation biology, molecular medicine, molecular physiology and biophysics, or pharmacology.
Learners flourish in a cooperative setting where they discover different specializations by completing three laboratory rotations with any biomedical science faculty member, irrespective of departmental ties. Dedicated faculty advisors guide biomedical science students in course planning, research rotations, and enrollment. The program allows students to customize elective courses according to their academic focus.
