The healthcare sector is evolving rapidly, requiring professionals to pioneer new theories, policies, and technologies to tackle emerging behavioral and environmental health issues. Content Knowledge: Students will master contemporary and foundational theories, models, and concepts across biomechanical, physiological, psychological, behavioral, pedagogical, biological, socioeconomic, epidemiological, environmental, and sociocultural aspects of Community Health. Critical Thinking and Discovery: Students will uphold ethical standards while employing advanced quantitative and qualitative methods to gather, analyze, and interpret data, sharing findings through publications or presentations. Awareness and Understanding: Students will recognize and value the diverse environmental, biological, psychological, socioeconomic, sociocultural, philosophical, and historical influences on health, rehabilitation, and human movement. Programming and Assessment: Students will implement best practices in designing, executing, and evaluating programs and interventions for public health, health promotion, physical activity engagement, and disease prevention/treatment across diverse populations. Qualification Requirements

Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution of higher education
A minimum grade-point average of 3.0 (A=4.0) for the last 60 hours of undergraduate work and any graduate work completed
