Industrial design transforms concepts into physical reality. Fundamentally, it involves the creative and practical development of functional items - objects that serve a purpose, satisfy wants, convey messages, or resonate with contemporary needs.
Industrial designers understand material science deeply, allowing them to expand what's achievable. Design students develop critical thinking about their creative impulses and consider the impacts of their work. They master communicating concepts effectively, collaborating across disciplines, and realizing three-dimensional prototypes. Their innovative visions aim to create enduring, beneficial changes in society.
