If you dream of working in theater, either performing or supporting productions, this program equips you with the artistic abilities, technical expertise, and practical experience needed for a professional career.
As a theater arts student, you'll master fundamentals like acting techniques, set/costume/lighting design, script analysis, stagecraft, and writing for theater. You'll develop skills to conceive and stage dynamic performances, working both independently and collaboratively. The curriculum immerses students in every facet of theater production - from acting and design to administration and technical execution. Participants acquire hands-on performance experience through involvement in both campus and local theater projects.
