Nutrition, food science, and their impact on human wellness and physical conditioning are currently experiencing unprecedented interest and excitement. The Nutritional Sciences graduate program provides a master's degree designed to help students grasp the scientific foundations of nutrition, its role in health and fitness, and research techniques that expand understanding of food's connection to human wellbeing.
Specialized focus areas encompass: biochemical nutrition, epidemiological nutrition studies, nutrition's role in cancer prevention, weight management, mineral nutrition and toxicity, dietary fibers, global community nutrition, and additional fields.

Animal Sciences, Food Sciences, Kinesiology and Leisure Studies, Physiology, Public Health Sciences, the John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM), and the Hawaii Cancer Research Center (CRCH).
