The Toxicology program attracts students from diverse departments including Physiology & Pharmacology, Environmental Health Science, Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Sciences, Animal & Dairy Sciences, Crop & Soil Sciences, Forestry & Natural Resources, and Veterinary Biomedical & Diagnostic Imaging
At the University of Georgia, students can pursue both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in toxicology. For the MS degree, candidates must complete at least 30 credit hours of graduate-level courses, with a minimum of 12 credits restricted to graduate students. PhD candidates are required to complete 30 course credits, including 3 dissertation research credits, along with ongoing research enrollment each semester.
