The Institute of Bioinformatics trains graduate students to achieve expertise and innovation in bioinformatics, advancing this interdisciplinary domain. Students engage in research-focused Ph.D. or M.S. programs under the guidance of cross-disciplinary faculty. Research spans diverse areas including microbial, plant, and animal genomics, structural biology, cancer studies, proteomics, and computational pharmacology, employing both computational and experimental approaches.
