MAEE prepares professionals to guide, educate, and share knowledge about food systems, environmental concerns, and social structures. Students can choose between thesis and non-thesis pathways, with flexible online or on-campus options in Athens and Tifton.

The Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication (ALEC) department spans multiple disciplines. Through teaching, research, and outreach, we cultivate experts for leadership, education, and communication roles within agricultural and environmental sectors.
