The Toxicology program enrolls students from various departments throughout the university: Physiology & Pharmacology, Environmental Health Science, Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Sciences, Animal & Dairy Sciences, Crop & Soil Sciences, Forestry, and Veterinary Biomedical & Diagnostic Imaging
At the University of Georgia, students can pursue both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in toxicology. The Master's program requires completion of at least 30 graduate-level credit hours, with a minimum of 12 credits restricted to graduate students. For the PhD program, students must complete 30 course credits, including three dissertation research credits. Additionally, doctoral candidates must register for research credits every semester.
