The Indigenous Studies specialization offers students access to courses exploring ethical, theoretical, and practical perspectives on Indigenous communities and issues. The program features diverse learning opportunities including classes, seminars, and workshops addressing subjects like government relations with Indigenous groups, activism, political engagement, environmental stewardship, legal rights, plant knowledge systems, cultural practices, and research methods.
