The Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration Management is an immersive, on-campus program offering two specializations: micro-level (Organizational Behavior) and macro-level (Strategic Management). Micro-track scholars primarily collaborate with faculty members Joyce Bono, Amir Erez, Mo Wang, Klodiana Lanaj, and Brian Swider, while macro-track students mainly work with Gwendolyn Lee, Yixuan Li, David Ross, and Aaron Hill. This program's primary objective is to prepare graduates for academic careers and position them at leading research institutions.
