The field of Soil and Water Sciences focuses on the stewardship of land and water resources in diverse environments such as farmlands, forests, rangelands, urban areas, and wetlands. Students pursuing this discipline build upon a solid foundation in science and mathematics, engaging with subjects like biology, calculus, microbiology, chemistry, physics, and ecology. Through various degree options, they develop expertise in resource management across multiple ecosystem types. The curriculum offers specialized tracks that establish a robust understanding of soil and water sciences, with essential coursework concentrated in the final two years. In addition to these fundamental classes, learners can customize their education by choosing from multiple elective clusters.
Students must have completed a secondary and college or university credentials from non-U.S. institutions.
The university will require the following minimum scores on the redesigned SAT: SAT Reading = 24, Writing and Language = 25 and Math = 24. On the ACT, a minimum score of 19 on the Reading section and 19 on the Math section.
