The Food & Wine Marketing and Sales Certificate program equips students with skills for careers in wine distribution to wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and consumers. The curriculum covers marketing strategies such as wine packaging, pricing, and brand development, examines global wine market demographics, and addresses regulatory compliance.

Hands-on training occurs through retail operations, packaging initiatives, and promotional activities in our campus tasting room. The program focuses on product merchandising, branding strategies, labeling requirements, e-commerce, stock management, regulatory adherence, digital marketing, and wine club operations. Students also participate in live wine launch events and gain exposure to regional industry gatherings across Seattle and Washington State.
