The religious studies master's program highlights religious traditions as vital lenses for examining modern global challenges. By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, world religions enhance our comprehension of international affairs, political systems, economic structures, and beyond. Our distinguished faculty members are actively involved scholars who provide students with practical, cross-cultural analytical skills. We combine theoretical foundations with hands-on learning through field visits, community engagement, academic research, and international study programs.
Students can tailor their learning path by selecting from five specialization tracks and four degree completion methods (thesis, journal publication, research project, or comprehensive exams). The critical theory and religion concentration offers both on-campus and online formats. Alumni frequently progress to elite doctoral programs or excel in diverse professional sectors including corporate environments, public service, social services, and media.
This 45-credit program typically takes two years to finish.
