The Bachelor of Music in Recording and Production program prepares students to become skilled engineers and producers across various musical styles including jazz, classical, pop, rock, and more. This competitive program offers conservatory-quality training within a dynamic liberal arts university setting. Participants receive individual music instruction (in classical or jazz), explore music history, master music theory, and gain hands-on experience in creating exceptional audio recordings.
Crafted by the Royal Eijsbouts Bell Foundry in Asten, Netherlands, the Williams Carillon was installed at the University of Denver and officially unveiled on October 24, 1999. Featuring 65 bells, it ranks among North America's most substantial carillons.
The Summer Carillon Recital Series brings accomplished carillon performers from throughout the country to play the Williams Carillon. A cherished campus tradition is the yearly Holiday Carillon Recital, held on the second Sunday afternoon of December during the festive season.
