This VC program extends our foundational two-year Core curriculum with specialized courses designed to foster exploration in communication design while teaching practical skills across various design approaches. Students gain hands-on learning through an immersive educational environment. Small class sizes enable deep studio engagement where learners nurture creativity, hone technical abilities, and create cross-media designs. With internship opportunities, international study programs, professional excursions, and guest lectures from industry experts, graduates enter their careers with established professional connections.

Students will: Develop the ability to explain visual communications' societal impact and apply creative problem-solving to diverse design challenges. Recognize and articulate distinctions between various visual media formats. Master written and verbal communication for describing, presenting, and evaluating their work. Acquire proficiency in quantitative analysis, information technology, and clear communication. Learn to organize cohesive portfolios, exhibitions, or presentations that convey specific creative visions. Develop both independent and collaborative working skills. Employ diverse materials for innovative idea visualization. Cultivate critical thinking for problem resolution. Appreciate different intellectual approaches across arts, sciences, and humanities.
