This 36-credit program culminates in a Master of Arts (MA) degree, with annual cohorts of about 18-20 students progressing through core classes together. Participants can choose from diverse electives within the Department of Educational Leadership or other academic units. Professionals employed full-time in higher education may opt for part-time enrollment, extending their studies across six semesters.
