Public administration shares numerous connections with urban and regional planning. To deliver outstanding education by exploring both fields, the School of Public Affairs and College of Architecture and Planning created a combined Master of Public Administration/Master of Urban and Regional Planning program. This dual degree requires at least 66 semester hours, significantly fewer than the 87 hours needed to earn both degrees separately. Prospective students must apply and gain admission to both programs before finishing 18 credit hours in either program.
