It develops educators who embrace cultural diversity, foster strong community connections, and possess the expertise to build dynamic, challenging learning environments where every student thrives. Our program collaborates with the CU Denver Professional Development School Network, which includes more than 20 urban schools across multiple Denver-area districts. Throughout their year-long enrollment, teacher candidates experience authentic classroom teaching through sequential residency placements in professional development schools.
