The Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management at CU Denver represents an innovative degree program that merges rigorous engineering problem-solving and design with comprehensive construction management training. This construction engineering and management bachelor's degree aligns with the new construction knowledge section of the fundamentals of engineering examination. The program features a robust core of construction engineering and management classes, an engineering specialization area, and selected courses from business, architecture, and engineering disciplines. Every student will undertake a capstone construction design course and must complete a minimum 12-week full-time internship within the architecture, engineering, construction industry, or a government agency.
