CU Boulder's Robotics Program provides an exceptionally adaptable, cross-disciplinary learning experience to prepare you for a thriving career in robotics.
Your studies will integrate classes and research from various engineering disciplines, opening doors to rewarding opportunities across diverse sectors. Potential career paths include technical leadership roles in security, defense, agriculture, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and emergency services. 30 total credit hours required
4-6 thesis credits (included in the 30-credit MS requirement)

18 credits must be in ROBO courses
Required core course: ROBO 5xxx: Introduction to Robotics

Qualification Requirements

An Undergraduate GPA of:
MS Applicants - 3.2 or higher
PhD Applicants - 3.4 or higher
Required: Two semesters of calculus, differential equations with linear algebra OR a focused linear algebra course, and one semester of calculus-based physics,
Preferred: Completion of a third semester of calculus, a second semester of calculus-based physics, and/or a focused linear algebra course.
At least two semesters of upper-division undergraduate courses in engineering, computer science, or physical sciences.
For International Applicants - TOEFL scores, if applicable, of 560 (paper), 220 (computer), or 83 (internet).
GRE scores are not required for any applicant.
