The Department of Theatre and Dance cultivates an environment that nurtures artistic discipline, creative exploration, and effective communication. Our undergraduate programs blend theoretical knowledge with practical experience, equipping students with both critical understanding and performance abilities. We actively promote student-led productions and engagement in diverse activities, from stage performances to showcasing original creative projects.
Our theatre program provides a comprehensive BA curriculum covering everything from acting to costume design, designed for students passionate about theatre and interdisciplinary studies. Theatre majors delve into artistic discipline, creative expression, analytical thinking, and collaborative communication. We empower students to create their own productions and participate in various activities, from ensemble performances to presenting personal artistic endeavors.
The theatre BA program offers a versatile foundation in theatrical arts, ideal for students pursuing dual academic interests or preparing for specialized BFA programs in specific theatre concentrations.
Undergraduate international students are students who have completed a secondary school and are pursuing a bachelor’s degree, and who have or will be applying for a temporary U.S. Visa, such as an F-1 or J-1.

Total scores must include a TOEFL writing sub score of 19 or higher or an IELTS writing sub score of 5.5 or higher. Scores may not be combined.
