The Yale School of Music's organ program equips students for professional paths as performers, educators, and sacred music practitioners. Participants engage in the department's seminar, covering an extensive exploration of organ repertoire across historical eras, while receiving personalized instruction from resident faculty and distinguished guest artists visiting campus annually. Through the Yale Institute of Sacred Music, organ students access career placement assistance. Dual enrollment in both the School of Music and the Institute of Sacred Music is required for all organ majors. Prospective students must submit applications to both institutions.
