The SJC provides students with chances to investigate various viewpoints and critically analyze different systems of domination, oppression, and inequality, both locally and globally, along with their interconnected relationships. Participants will also study historical and modern liberation movements that have fought for equitable transformation. By completing the program, students will not only comprehend the roots of oppression but also envision the potential for a fairer society—one with reduced harshness, ecological harm, and disparities at national and international levels. To achieve their objectives, particularly those involving social accountability, numerous employers across government and nonprofit sectors now look for graduates skilled in and passionate about social justice.
