Physics explores the nature of matter, energy, forces, and their interactions throughout our world and the universe. The Department of Physics offers a BA program with a curriculum that prioritizes hands-on experimentation while providing comprehensive foundational knowledge for graduate studies in theoretical or experimental physics, engineering disciplines, and interdisciplinary fields requiring technical expertise (such as biophysics, medical physics, and atmospheric sciences).
