Our program provides instruction across diverse disciplines, spanning theoretical and applied biology, from molecular and genetic foundations to intricate ecological relationships. As part of a leading research university, all Biological Sciences Collegiate Division courses emphasize scientific inquiry, investigation, and breakthroughs. The Biological Sciences curriculum aims to provide students with: (1) knowledge of established biological principles and their experimental basis, and (2) awareness of current knowledge limitations and promising research avenues. Bachelor of Arts (BA): The BA program suits students seeking comprehensive biology education while maintaining flexibility to pursue non-major electives.
