Student Learning Outcomes-The graduate with a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management will use the knowledge and skills obtained in the program to:
Apply management skills and concepts to specific situations.
Plan and implement a project.
Analyze and develop a human relations strategy.

This program is designed for students who are preparing for supervisory or management positions in industry.
Youll study project management, facilities engineering, legal issues in the industry, applied research for technology and more in courses such as Current Issues in Industry, Engineering Economy, Lean and Quality Management, Organizational Dynamics and Production and Operations Management.
By the time you earn your graduate Industrial Management degree from UCM, youll be able to:
Develop a project plan and lead it to completion
Communicate effectively about personnel issues and on all technical levels
Assess a project's technical needs and know what's needed to complete it
