The Nonprofit Management MNM - Public Administration MPA Dual Degree Track enables students to simultaneously pursue graduate degrees from two distinguished programs: the Master of Nonprofit Management and the Master of Public Administration.

Graduates of this MNM/MPA Dual Degree program will acquire essential competencies and analytical methods for thriving careers across public and nonprofit fields. The curriculum focuses on advancing knowledge in nonprofit leadership and public sector governance through research, theoretical frameworks, policy studies, and organizational management - equipping emerging leaders for service in government agencies, nonprofit entities, social service providers, and private institutions. Upon completing the MNM/MPA Dual Degree requirements, graduates will be awarded two separate diplomas: one for the Nonprofit Management MNM and another for the Public Administration MPA.

The GRE is not required for admission to this program.
Three letters of recommendation. Letters of recommendation must specifically address the applicant's ability to succeed in graduate coursework and his or her work ethic. Recommendation letters from professors are preferred, however, letters from supervisors are also acceptable.

Statement of goals: This is a key component of the admission review process and serves as an example of the applicant's ability to express him or herself in writing. The goal statement must be no longer than two pages and should address the following:
Reason for pursuing graduate study in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management, including future goals and plans.
Specific areas of Nonprofit Management and Public Administration of interest.
Relevant experience, paid or as a volunteer

All applicants for graduate study at the University of Central Florida must hold a U.S. bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, from a regionally accredited or governmentally recognized institution of higher learning. This is the minimum requirement for admission to a graduate program at UCF. International students applying to programs requiring an outside Course-by-Course Evaluation with GPA calculation must submit a course-by-course evaluation of their official transcripts from a credential evaluation service recommended by UCF. This course-by-course evaluation must show a GPA that is equivalent to a 3.0 from an earned degree that is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree.
