The Electronic Circuits and Systems (ECS) research team specializes in studying, creating, and optimizing cutting-edge electronic circuits and electromagnetic components, emphasizing both high performance and energy efficiency. Our work spans from innovative millimeter-wave and terahertz technologies to sophisticated system-on-chip designs incorporating mixed-signal circuits, RF transmitters/receivers, phased arrays, power management systems, and medical electronics. Additionally, we pioneer various electromagnetic solutions, including MEMS technology, on-chip antennas, adjustable networks, and engineered materials like metamaterials and artificial impedance surfaces.
