The Interdisciplinary Energy Studies Graduate Group provides Master's and Doctoral programs concentrating on energy technologies, policy, planning, systems evaluation, management, and design. Program alumni will be exceptionally prepared for careers in power technology firms, consulting agencies, engineering research organizations, utility companies, academic institutions, national research labs, government bodies at all levels, and NGOs. This Energy Graduate Group addresses the global demand for skilled, innovative professionals in sustainable energy solutions. UC Davis faculty across multiple disciplines will educate you in engineering, physical sciences, economics, environmental studies, business administration, social sciences, and policy. As part of UC Davis's Energy and Efficiency Institute, you'll benefit from state-of-the-art research facilities and strong industry collaborations.
A minimum GPA of 3.0 in the applicant’s undergraduate program and in any prior graduate program is required.
