Rehabilitation counseling is a dynamic and fast-expanding field, with UB's program ranking among the nation's most established and prestigious. Our approach is practical; students apply and refine counseling methods and rehabilitation strategies learned in class through real-world experience at partner agencies. Alumni of our program occupy key leadership roles nationwide, assisting individuals with disabilities by addressing psychological, social, career, and educational challenges stemming from physical, mental, emotional, or social impairments. The program is also available online for students residing beyond the Buffalo, New York region.

You must have a bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
