Qualification Requirements

There are a set of required pre-requisites for the MA program.

  • Applicants with a BA/BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, typically, will have already completed the pre-requisites needed to begin the MA program.
  • Applicants with a BA/BS in another major (e.g., Psychology, Linguistics) are¬†eligible to apply. These applicants may be provisionally accepted into the MA program, pending completion of the pre-requisite courses. These students typically complete the pre-requisites in one year of full-time study, leading to a 3-year MA program.¬†
