Public health is an expanding and evolving domain offering ways to tackle the globe's most urgent health challenges. This field blends scientific knowledge with practical approaches to enhance wellbeing across individuals, families, communities, and entire populations through education, encouraging healthy habits, and conducting research to prevent diseases and injuries.
