The BAMA combined program in anthropology with a medical anthropology focus offers an intensive five-year pathway for students aiming for healthcare careers that demand graduate-level education. Eligible anthropology majors can apply for the MA in anthropology-medical anthropology during their junior year spring semester. Once admitted, participants begin integrating graduate-level classes into their studies starting in their fourth year.

Students who meet the below eligibility requirements are welcome to apply to the BA/MA program:
- Currently an accepted Anthropology major
- 3.0 or higher GPA
It is recommended students indicate their interest in the combined program to the Anthropology Undergraduate Office no later than the second semester of their sophomore year.
