Cumulative undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 (B) or higher. Applicants whose cumulative GPA falls between 2.67 (B-) and 3.0 (B) will be considered for admission on a provisional basis.

Include professional plans for after the program is completed. Applicants currently in the United States planning to transfer their SEVIS record to University of Bridgeport must also submit a copy of their visa showing their entry stamp and copies of all I-20s received.
